I made an oops

I thought I would be getting a gift card electronically to use while I was in the city. Since it arrived in the mail, I’ll have to wait until next time.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. Very fast delivery!

Huge delay in delivery & slow cust. Serv. Response

I ordered the instore gift card. It took about a month to get it. I had to send daily emails inquiring about the delivery, for which I only got responded too once. I sent emails for about 6 days... the delivery had been marked as “delivered” but I hadn’t, and when I spoke to cust. Serv. They didn’t have a record of the order. So, why and how, would it have been marked as “delivered “? I had to give them the order number and finally, I received it finally, days later.
