Nelson Phu - Canada

Nelson Phu, a cornerstone of our Rosso team since 2016, has earned numerous national titles, including Coffee and Good Spirits, Latte Art, and now Barista! Nelson's storytelling and presentation at the World Barista Championship (WBC) were highly acclaimed, earning him a 16th-place global ranking.

Mikael Jasin - Indonesia

We first met Mikael in 2019, forming a bond that led to coaching him to World Barista Champion in 2024. Mikael's dedication and mindfulness in his daily practice have significantly influenced his life and coffee presentation, and we were thrilled to support his journey to the top.

Boram Um - Brazil

Congratulations to Boram Um, the 2023 World Barista Champion! Boram, part of the Fazenda Um family, manages two farms in Brazil, focusing on quality control and innovation. He’s deeply involved in testing new varietals and fermentation techniques to elevate Brazilian coffee.
