Huge delay in delivery & slow cust. Serv. Response

I ordered the instore gift card. It took about a month to get it. I had to send daily emails inquiring about the delivery, for which I only got responded too once. I sent emails for about 6 days... the delivery had been marked as “delivered” but I hadn’t, and when I spoke to cust. Serv. They didn’t have a record of the order. So, why and how, would it have been marked as “delivered “? I had to give them the order number and finally, I received it finally, days later.
