About The Farm

Colombia
1. Jardines Del Eden is a progressive coffee farm in Colombia’s Cauca region, known for its innovation and dedication to unique varietals. Sitting at high elevations with nutrient-rich volcanic soil, the farm creates optimal growing conditions for rare and exotic coffees like Maragesha, a hybrid of Maragogipe and Geisha.

Panama
1. Mil Cumbres is a specialty coffee farm located in the Cordillera region near Volcán, Chiriquí Province, Panama. The name "Mil Cumbres" translates to "a thousand hills," reflecting the farm's mountainous terrain. Established on a former cattle pasture, the farm spans approximately 60 hectares, with 25 hectares dedicated to coffee cultivation and the remaining area preserved as native jungle within the Barú Volcano National Park.

2. Janson Coffee, a family-owned estate in Volcán, Panama, has been producing high-quality coffee since 1941. The farm sits at 1,600–1,700 meters above sea level, where rich volcanic soil and a cool microclimate create the ideal terroir for cultivating Geisha.

3. Elida Estate is part of Lamastus Family Estates, a fourth-generation coffee-growing family whose history in Panama dates back to 1918. The estate is located in Alto Quiel, Boquete, on the slopes of Volcán Barú, with coffee growing at elevations reaching approximately 2,000 metres. Much of the surrounding land is protected within or adjacent to Volcán Barú National Park, creating a cool, high-elevation environment for slow coffee maturation.

4. Hacienda Barbara, nestled in the volcanic highlands of Boquete, Panama, is renowned for producing exceptional specialty coffees. Under the stewardship of Hunter Tedman and Linda Arauz, the farm emphasizes sustainable practices and meticulous cultivation methods to yield coffees with balanced profiles, vibrant character, and delicate sweetness.

Monster Mash / Graveyard Smash 250g

A little strange, a little magical, and seriously delicious. Monster Mash brings together mostly Geisha from Panama, Pacamara, and a Maragesha from Colombia, a rare variety that brings the genetics of Maragogipe and Geisha together. Each variety has its own character, but when they’re brought together, they create a little synergy that gives Monster Mash its own personality. A carefully crafted monster made from some pretty exceptional parts.
